Common App Recommendation Letter Request

I’ve really enjoyed having you as my teacher junior year. I especially appreciate the way you taught the concepts of _______________.

I’m hoping that you might be able to write me a letter of recommendation for college. I won’t need it until the fall, but wanted to give you plenty of notice. I’ve also attached a copy of my courses and activities for your reference.

The letter will need to be uploaded via a portal on the Common Application. In August, I will set up my Common App account and generate a link to be sent to your email that will explain how to upload the letter. I will also be waiving FERPA so that I won’t see your letter.
